Elevation map of Ewlah
Ewlah is by far the most mountainous region on Kalieda, with its highest mountains - Cohmpuun Fuecuu in the Gevey language, or The Roof of the World in Ramajal - reaching some 7,200m above current sea levels. It is also home to the highest inland sea, Cebrhuu Ohnen, north of the Roof.
The continent includes several active volcanic systems, particularly along the north west coast and in the north east. Two long mountain chains run north-south along the length of the continent, effectively severing the interior of the continent from its eastern and western seaboards, with a further extensive chain of mountains running roughly east-west in the north.
